Deposits are non-refundable

If you are running late for your appointment, please call the salon to let us know.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled - you will be required to make a new appointment.

no +1s are allowed to your appointment - friends/family will be sent away.  If you arrive with children/pets - your appointment will be cancelled.

both cash and card payments are available in the salon.

we do not carry out treatments on pregnant/breastfeeding clients.


  • Due to the high quality of products we use, we not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.  If you do not book a lash removal for your appointment, there may be a chance we may not be able to fit a removal appointment due to the salon being busy. If this is the case, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

  • Due to the lash studio being extremely busy, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will automatically be CANCELLED and will need to have your appointment rescheduled for another time. You will lose your deposit and you will need to rebook with a deposit.

  • Lash extensions do not stick to dirty lashes (e.g sweat/makeup), please arrive to your lash appointment with clean lashes, as you will be turned away from your appointment if you have make up on

  • Please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment, as your eyelids will flutter tremendously, making it difficult to lash.

  • Lash extensions / LVL lash lift is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

  • If you wear contact lenses, you will need to remove them for your appointment - please bring contact lens solution and container with you to your appointment or glasses.

  • All clients need to have a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment

  • If you wear eye makeup to your appointment - your appointment will be cancelled.

  • lash extensions glue does not stick well onto dirty lashes - please make sure your lashes are clean prior to your appointment e.g left over makeup/remaining lash glue from strip lashes.

  • If you wear contact lenses, they will need to be removed for your appointment. please make sure you bring a container and solution with you / wear glasses.


  • please do not wear make up prior to your facial appointment - this is so you can make most of your time for your facial rather than cleaning off makeup.​

  • if you are on antibiotics - please let the salon know prior to booking.​

  • if you are on roaccutane - please let the salon know prior to booking.​

  • Facial treatments cannot be carried out on pregnant/breastfeeding clients.
